Andre 3000 from the Music Group called “OutKazt”.

Prince met him at the Beverly Hills Laundry mat one day. They were both doing Laundry,  Andre was simultaneously practicing his saxophone in the hallway behind them when prince pulled up, (yes at the laundry mat.)
