– “begging and pleading”- for (someone) (anyone) to help him get home safely to COLORADO.”

(1.) He very clearly informs people of his: “EMERGENCY SITUATION!”
(2.) He very clearly informs people that: “He is broke down / stranded” and “NEEDS IMMEDIATE HELP TO GET HOME TO: COLORADO.”
(3.) (THIS IS 100% PROOF) (He did not intend or desire to be in Mississippi at all!)
Witness #1- Shawn C. (*Tells Shawn and his Aunt GOODBYE!) and He will probably never see them again! (Meaning) he is going back to California!)

LEGALLY HE DOES NOT HAVE TO MEET WITH ANYONE (OR) CHECK IN WITH ANYONE (OR) SIGN ANYTHING; (UNLESS) HE IS IN THE STATE FOR 5 “BUSINESS” DAYS. (HE WAS CLEARLY ONLY IN THE STATE TWO DAYS.) THIS LAW OFFICER, KNEW THAT, AND STILL “FORCED” HIM TO STAY IN MISSISSIPPI (AGAINST HIS WILL) ON THE “SECOND DAY” HE WAS STRANDED IN THE STATE.
As a result he was not allowed to cross state lines, he was forced to stay in Mississippi, (against his will) and meet with her on: (Friday- September 16th 2022.) Once he arrived at that meeting: She uttered violent threats and “acts of violence” and “injury” to him,. about how she wanted to send him to prison and he is just like (The 270 criminals in her state that she prosecutes and hates.) By doing so; she created a hostile, imminent danger and unsafe environment, depriving and putting him in fear for his life, limb and liberty. Then she “FORCED HIM” to sign her papers under “Duress” by threats of fear and harm. (HE WAS SO MORTIFIED AND SCARED- HE JUST DID WHAT SHE SAID, AND SIGNED THEM (WITHOUT READING!) He tried to stop her 3 times. but she kept going, she did not stop! She continued forcing him, to go down on the paper, “sign, sign, sign.” You can hear that is all she was interested in!
She kept telling, pushing, forcing him to sign. Then she arrests him (after) he signed something unknown.
