CALIFORNIA

The California Code of Regulations defines a “resident” as:

(1) every individual who is in the State of California for other than a temporary or transitory purpose and

(2) every individual domiciled in the State of California and (is outside) the State  for a “TEMPORARY” or TRANSITORY purpose.” 

 

Prince was born and lived in California for 50 years. He was Temporarily and Transitorily broke down in Mississippi for 2 days. (see exhibit (I) (V)

COLORADO

The Colorado Code of Regulations defines a “resident” as:

(1) every individual who is in the State of Colorado for other than a temporary or transitory purpose and

(2) every individual domiciled in the State of Colorado and (is outside) the State  for a “TEMPORARY” or TRANSITORY purpose.” 

 

Prince lived in California and Colorado for 50 years. He was Temporarily and Transitorily broke down in Mississippi for 2 days. (see exhibit (I) (V)

MISSISSIPPI

Mississippi Code of Regulations defines “resident” as:

resident: someone who VOLUNTARILY (“lives”) (living) in Mississippi (with “INTENTION”) to remain permanently or for an indefinite period of time.
