YOU WOULD SEE HIM WALKING, AND THINK HE IS OK. but we can assure you, he is not ok. That being said: he has suffered alot of catastrophic events, injuries and traumas. He is legally considered disabled. He may or may not always say exactly what he, means right away. Please ask, get clarifications and verify, (before) making any judgements or decisions.
The previous sections applies (IF) Prince Jordan Tyson “considers” signing a contract with you.
(However) If (we/ he) makes an “reasonable effort” to notify you of any “intent” or “possible” changes.” You must be open to accepting them.

Once (we/ he) signs a contract, form, document, papers- with you, the agreement may be considered valid.
EXCEPTIONS TO A VALID SIGNED CONTRACT / AGREEMENT.
