Prince was born “semi-savant,” later overcoming the -inherited (H.A.D.D) Hyper Attention disabilities. Since he was attractive, vulnerable, as a helpless child, many grown adults, officials and even officers of the law physically took advantage of him. Doctors diagnosed him: “semi-mentally-challenged” and placed him into a few “Special-education-classes.” At that exact same time: the State of California: had been allowing his school district to use military and fire recruiter’s on campus to groom and manipulate minor children- allowing them to be “physically spanked,” “scouted” and brainwashed into “recruitment,” –(on school property.)
The commissioned “sales-recruiter(s)” Military and CCC- used a combination of sexual grooming, comments and persuasions, forging documents, papers and signatures which enabled the CCC and Military recruiters to abuse prince (a minor) and station him on camping trips in the mountains and (with unknown adults) at the: San Louis Obispo Army Base, under the authority of the US ARMY, Kings Canyon School System, State of California, US Marines, and the CCC. The young Prince was then forced to live in “asbestos-shack”- (military hut) drink toxic army base water, complete (mature-adult-training programs) learn mature-adult life-saving, and fire-suppression skills. (despite the fact he was a minor; and he only weighed 90 pounds) They strapped him with 50 pounds of equipment; forced him to climb up hills, use heavy, dangerous, chemicals and machinery, and yelling at him every morning at 4 am. (Although crying and wanting to go home) somehow he survived; to become: “the only minor-child” certified,” as a Class II- wildland-firefighter by the CCC. -(LATER THEY FORGED MORE DOCUMENTS TO COVER UP HIS AGE.)
whenever he asked for help; and made daily office complaints, those pleas fell on deaf ears, the officials stated; “this was normal,” and “how things were supposed to be.” They convinced a minor- that he did this to himself and that it was his actions; to move to this city, “HE REGISTERED AND SIGNED UP FOR THIS CHILD SLAVERY, THEY DID NOT DO IT, SO HE HAS TO STAY WITH THEM!”

(2.) he was only (14-16) when they signed him and only (17) when they took him from home. – he had not graduated yet.

(4.) the state, school, recruiter and Military and CCC – all forged documents- because he was a minor.
TERROR AND FEAR
Stripped from his parents- the young Prince was mortified- (he was stationed 500 miles from his mother, father, family, friends, church and classmates.) Although Mendocino (Russian Gulch) State Park Headquarters has amazing, breathtaking views- Due to his age; he was physically inferior and thus became abused- The CCC staff: even “co-signed”- “opened a bank account” at Bank of America (in his name), because he was too young to open one. Prince just wanted to be home with his mom and dad. Sadly they refused to let him go home- citing “legal-custody” and taking the position: (as a minor) he was ordered to do as they say- which included sleeping (being housed) with unknown adults, working for the State of California, Department of Forestry, CCC and Mendocino- “Volunteer” Fire department.
(1990) (As if that wasn’t bad enough) just one mile from his CCC cabin; an actively known pedophile “church priest” was being hidden and covered up. Yet he was was still “luring, minor boys” to his parish-house. (via) “recruiters.” It was through those recruiters that the pervert preist, managed to get ahold of prince. (other responsible parties: CCC, State of California, Kings Canyon School are all guilty of isolating, exploiting, human trafficking, soliciting a minor, aiding and abetting, illegally allowing / recruitment of and endangering a MINOR. After suffering -half a year – of torture and “child-slavery” the damage was done; between the pre-existing conditions and now this: PJT was left permanently mentally and physically injured.
(1992-1996) The injuries were stacking up- Prince needed help so he moved to Colorado to be with additional family. After some mending, he returned to California- looking for a solid career path. (2000-2005) he took a job with “SHASTA-COUNTY-FIRE-DEPARTMENT” -Bella Vista Station, #33.” (On and off duty) Prince helped, rescued & saved many persons, properties and pets lives.
